Ordering

Omniplex information desk Ordering online

You can order online with our secure server. After registering, simply navigate to the product page of your choice and click "Add to order". The system will guide you through the rest of your purchase. You can select different methods of payments (see below) including options to enter your credit card details securely.

Other Methods

You can also fax or send (click here for contact details) a fully completed Order Form, or a Purchase Order (with Purchase Order Number) on your organisation’s headed paper stating your exact requirements:

  • Purchase Order number.
  • Shipping (standard/express).
  • Shipping address and contact.

Order forms and pricing information can be downloaded when you try our evaluation software or can be requested from sales@omniplex.co.uk.

When ordering multiple copies, please state clearly on your order whether you require a number of single user packs or one multiple user license (e.g.: 5 x 1 Omni-NFS or 1 x 5 User License Omni-NFS).

Pricing Information

Once you register, full pricing information can be obtained by navigating to each product page. You will also be given access to fully functioning, evaluation versions of our software that you can download and try yourself.

Payment Methods

Payment Options

  • You can enter your credit or debit card online using our secure server. We accept Mastercard, Eurocard, Visa, Barclaycard, American Express, Switch, Delta
  • You can print the order form, or use your own purchase order form, and send it with a cheque made payable to "Omniplex Limited" (UK customers only).
  • You can print the order form, or use your own purchase order form, write on your credit card details and fax or post the completed form.
  • You can send payment by electronic or telegraphic transfer. Please note that there is a £25/US40 surcharge for this to cover intermediate bank charges.
  • You can request to be sent a Pro-forma invoice. Your accounts department may need this in order to send a cheque or telegraphic transfer.

Please note unless expressly agreed to the contrary, we will not dispatch goods until payment has been received.

Shipping

 Most of our products are available electronically (eg: via a download) and so shipping is not required. If you do require a printed manual and CD, the following shipping charges apply.

UK
In the UK, we ship via PODs next day courier service. The cost is £25 for the first item and £8 per additional item. Allow 2 - 3 working days between placing the order on the mall and delivery.

EC
To the EEC, we ship via PODS. The cost is US$40 for the first item and US$15 per additional item. Allow 2 - 4 working days between placing the order on the mall and delivery.

Europe (non-EC)
To Europe outside the EC, we ship via PODS. The cost is US$50 for the first item and US$20 per additional item. Allow 3 - 5 working days between placing the order on the mall and delivery.

USA/Canada
To the USA and Canada, we ship via PODS. The cost is US$40 for the first item and US$15 per additional item. Allow 3 - 5 working days between placing the order on the mall and delivery.

SE Asia (including Australia and New Zealand)
To this region. The cost is US$60 for the first item and US$25 per additional item. Allow 4 - 6 working days between placing the order on the mall and delivery.

Rest of the world (any countries non included above)
To this region. The cost is US$75 for the first item and US$25 per additional item. Allow 5 - 10 working days between placing the order on the mall and delivery.

VAT (Value Added Tax)

VAT is a tax which is only applicable to individuals and organisations ordering from countries within the EC (European Community). It is also known in other European countries as:

    Austria - Mehrwertsteuer
    Belgium - TVA (Taxe sur la Valuer Ajoutée)
    Denmark - Mervaerdiafgift
    Finland - ALV (ARVONLISÄVERO)
    France - TVA (Taxe sur la Valuer Ajoutée)
    Germany - Mehrwertsteuer
    Greece - VAT
    Ireland - VAT
    Italy - IVA (Imposta sur Valore Aggiunto)
    Luxembourg - TVA (Taxe sur la Valuer Ajoutée)
    Netherlands - BTW (Belasting over de Toegevoegde)
    Portugal - IVA (Imposto o Valor Acrescentado)
    Spain - IVA (Impuesto sobre el Valor Anadido)
    Sweden - MEDVÅRDESSKATT

VAT of 17.5% will be added to the total value of orders from :

  • Organizations or individuals within the UK.
  • Other individuals within the EC.
  • Other organizations within the EC who cannot supply their organisation's VAT number.

VAT is not applicable to organizations or individuals outside the EC. It is also not applicable to EC organizations outside the UK who can supply their VAT number. If you are not sure whether VAT applies to you, please contact Omniplex on +44 1442 871 002

Support and Maintenance

Support policies vary between products. During your evaluation, Omniplex offers support at no charge. After purchase, for an annual fee, you can order annual support and maintenance which varies from product to product but generally offers:

  • support via fax and e-mail
  • support via telephone (UK working hours only)
  • maintenance releases and patches
  • minor functional releases
  • documentation updates
